Your trainers

Jérôme Lefeuvre and Pierre Agnese have been working together for over 20 years. They have been working closely with Dr. Karpman since 2007. In 2014, they designed with him a certification process for those - coaching or leadership professionals, or interested members of the general public - who wish to use his relational tools in everyday life and pass them on.
Pierre is an HEC-certified Executive Coach, Certifying Master Trainer Karpman Process Model. He is an expert with the Association pour le Progrès du Management (APM), where he works with managers from all backgrounds on leadership and organization management. He was also Master Trainer for the Kahler Communication group until 2021.
Jérôme is a certified Emotional Intelligence and KPM Certifying Master Trainer. He is also the author of two books on Process Communication. He created the PCM Skills module focused on recruitment, and was Certifying Master Trainer PCM for the Kahler Communication group until 2020.
Together, they created the systemic resonance model for organizations.

Our trainers can train in the Karpman Process Model, Dr. Karpman's complete method. They are qualified to accredit trainers and coaches.

Our trainers are qualified in Emotional Intelligence. One of them is authorized to use the Emotional Competence Inventory. He was trained by the Hay Group, which teaches the work of Daniel Goleman and Richard Boyatzis.

We are accredited trainers and/or coaches in Dr. Taibi Kahler's Process Communication Model.
We've even been Master Trainer until 2020 for the Kahler Group.

Our trainers are the creators of the Systemic Resonance Model (SRM®), which they use as a method for analyzing organizations and as a training tool for managers.

One of our trainers is also an accredited HEC Executive Coach and assists senior executives in their missions.
